« on: July 05, 2010, 01:19:21 PM »
I asked this once before, but cant find the thread...

In which order does the colored PP-springs come, from strongest to weakest? I have run out of light blue ones, and need to know which one to put in a stock 7045213, fast!!!

I dont know about Cliffs Custom Spring colors. I have read where Cliff has suggested :
"The strongest power piston will usually provide the best throttle response"

hmm yea!
Well I saw this listed somewhere else.. Cliff can chime in and give the final word:
 (black)             Strongest
 (green)
 (orange)
 (blue)              Weakest

Yeah, I read that one, and also remember from the past that the light blue one is for high vacuum applications, but am I getting this mixed up here?? In my head the weakest spring would be for low vacuum engines...

Of course I could just find and old factory one from a scrap unit... I am still confused! :-)
