ok, what pull-off go,s to what carb. why do 69-70 have a dual unit but plastic ones also state for 70 model.witch correct one go,s to say a 7040262 carb.?? Dual unit or the plastic unit??? Thank You for reading my question.

Only 1970 Pontiac (non-RamAir) Quadrajets and all 1970 Cadillac Quadrajets uses the dual tube choke pull-off.
The second (outer) tube is connected to a vacuum tank and is part of the delayed choke system used only on these applications.
