Your pictures shows a 7029273 "frankencarb" put together with air horn and throttle plate from some Quadrajet mfd by Carter.
Carter never made ANY Ram Air Quadrajet or parts for such.
And the float bowl is most likely a Service Replacement part with the weak stamped plant code added.
