Yep, the bushing install is EASY.  Getting the shaft screws out without twisting them off isn't that bad, you just have to make sure that all the staked area is removed BEFORE you turn them!

We get a few calls where folks have got into troubles, and in most cases we can get the screws out and repair the shafts if needed.

I would recomend, if you twist off a screw or screws, just leave them alone and contact us to make arrangments to send them here.  It's much easier to fix them before attempts are made to drill them out or remove them.....Cliff

Im going to send the base plate to you untouched. what do I need to do to have your shop drill the idle bypass holes? the channels are there in the base, just need the 2 holes drilled. What is the cost? thanks again. carb # 17057266

We completey rebuild them for $45 plus return shipping, turn around 1-2 days.  No additional charge for drilling them for idle bypass air....thanks.....Cliff
