Carb setup help

Hi. I have a 87 Monte SS that came with a stock 350 out of a 90 TBI pickup. The stock carb is hacked up inside and out. I have another Quadrajet on it's way but from what I've gathered it's off a 76 Caddy 500 (17065230 2965). I'm new to these carbs and need help with what to get for it to set it up for the 350. Any help would be appreciated.

Those carbs are pretty much equal from a performance standpoint. Check both carbs to see if they have a 2nd power piston, used in 1975 and some early 1976 models.
I'd use the one with the later APT set-up......Cliff
