Carb leak at Choke

When I shut of my 1973 Chevy Suburban (don't have the carb number), I just noticed that it drips for a few seconds and then stops.  (the truck is very new to me)

Does not seem to leak when running.

I just bought Cliff's Q-jet book, but I'm a noob and have never opened one up!

Other than that it seems to run very good.  I need to give it a couple of pedal pushes when cold.  Hot starts are ok.

I've looked at that vid and so far I have only come up with 2 ideas as to what it might be. One is that your base plate gasket is old and leaking and it just looks like it is leaking from the choke. However, maybe my eyes are playing tricks on me with that video. Idea number 2:  the air for your choke is being pulled from the bowl vent in the front of the carb
(I  cant see the front of the carb so this is just a guess) remember the hot air chokes had vacuum applied to them.

 That is what I am thinking it could as well. Where exactly is it leaking at? Other then, passenger side and under choke housing.
