everybodys different i like to tap mine and put an allen head screw in.that way it sits flush and doesn't cause any problem . also you can take it out if you want to put it back to original.i tap it to whatever the size tap fits cant remember.no drilling or messing around .fwiw

A 10-32 set screw works well.
