New accelerator pumps, which one?
« on: February 02, 2025, 10:24:25 PM »
Cliff,

I was looking at your accelerator pumps for sale and you show two, but priced the same.  What is the difference between them as the information on these doesn't make that clear?
I get that one is "High Performance" as denoted by the HP in the title,  but what exactly does this one do better than the "Standard" one since the price doesn't suggest any difference and I can't see any difference in the pictures,  I've only got a phone so I'm limited in how much I can expand a picture.
Is the difference in the springs?
   Thanks,  Rick

The only difference is the accl pumps is the length of the pump.  Same springs, same USA made lifetime warranty seal.

The shorter pump is standard for Marine carburetors.  It was also used in the Edebrock 1910 "850" cfm high performance Q-jet.
