Must not be original manifold.  bought right gasket and seems to be doing a lot better.  Still trying to tune it.  It seems to idle fine, but when I tap the gas the rpms go up and stay up...they don't come back to idle?  any ideas??

Tuning suggestions?  fuel/air needles?  low idle, high idle?  which order?

Cliff Ruggles:
Check the distributor to make sure it doesn't have too light of springs in it, and timing not returning to the base setting at idle speed.....Cliff
