A large 75 primary jet with an even larger 61s rod sounds too lean for a stock 442?

That jetting sounds like it may be a motor home or BBC carburetor?

It will be fine for what you are doing, but I've never seen the idle downchannel restrictions at .070" in those, that I can remember.

I'd go up one jet size, and smaller secondary metering rods, one of our kits, and make sure the pull-off and e-choke are working correctly.....Cliff
