Our Basic Quadrajet Rebuild kits are for those who are “freshening” up, cleaning or re-gasketing their carburetor and want to upgrade it to the latest ethanol compatible components.

Basic rebuild kits will include a Viton Needle/Seat assembly, complete accelerator pump assembly (with a lifetime warranty), a complete gasket set, a power piston retainer and our small parts kit. The “high flow” .135” needle seat assembly is available as an upgrade at no additional cost. Just add the letters “HF” after the carburetor part number in the Carb Number field.
NOTE: This kit is NOT for CCC or Computer Controlled Carburetors. We have a different kit for the CCC carbs.
